The moment of truth

Tänään se sitten alkaa, meinaan dieetti. Otin aamulla mittoja itsestäni. Valokuvat nostivat sekavia tunteita pintaan...enimmäkseen negatiivisia sellaisia. Ilmeisesti olen vältellyt peiliin katsomista sillä en tajunnut kuinka paljon tätä ylimääräistä on. Mittauksen suoritin alasti ja valokuvassa on urheilutoppi ja shortsit.

Today is D-day. I took some measurements of myself this morning. The photos raised some negative emotions in me. Obviously I have been avoiding the mirror, because I had no idea how much excess fat I have. In the photos I'm wearing a sportsbra and shorts, but the measurements were taken naked.
